Welcome, I'M really GLAD YOU'RE HERE!
If you've landed here, there's a good chance your brain works a little differently than the world seems to expect. Maybe you're newly diagnosed. Maybe you've known for years but still haven't found systems that actually stick. Either way, you're in the right place.
I help people with ADHD build lives that work with their brains. No shame. No judgment. Just real strategies, honest conversation, and a little humor to make the journey easier.

No! You don't need a diagnosis to benefit from coaching. And, I work with adults from formally diagnosed to those that suspect something is up with their brains.
No to this, too! This space is open to any adult, regardless of gender identity.
No, not at this time. All coaching sessions are held via Zoom.
Nope - coaching isn't therapy. Therapy often explores why you are the way you are; coaching focuses on where you want to go and helps you get there. We won't be unpacking your childhood (unless a rogue memory shows up, which, ADHD, so). If you're already in therapy, coaching works beautifully alongside it.
For more information on what coaching is and isn't, visit the What Is Coaching? page.
Sessions are one-on-one conversations where we figure out what's getting in your way and build strategies that stick. Coaching is part thought partner, part accountabili-buddy, part 'okay let's actually figure this out' conversation. It's a dedicated space just for you - your goals, your challenges, your next steps.
Well, some clients notice shifts after the first session. Others take a few sessions to feel the momentum build. ADHD brains aren't one-size-fits-all, so we move at a pace that works for you.
Most clients start with a free intro call so we can make sure it's a good fit. Then, right now through August, I'm offering $1 per session coaching with no commitment. We'll just take it one session at a time. No pressure, no bait-and-switch.
Sure! You can see the agreement and business policies here.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 40s after spending decades thinking something wasn't quite right with me. Turns out, my brain was just playing by different rules. Now, as a mom and certified ADHD coach, I get it - the guilt of feeling scattered when all you want is to be fully present for the people you love most. Now I help people who've had that same "wait, this is why?" moment learn to work with their brains instead of constantly fighting against them. My approach? Think less clinical expert, more thoughtful friend who happens to know a lot about ADHD—and isn't afraid to laugh about the chaos along the way.
You're heard, not fixed.
I listen first, then we explore what actually works for your life - not some one-size-fits-all productivity system.
Shame doesn't live here.
We use humor and compassion to tackle the hard stuff, because you've been hard on yourself long enough.
Progress over perfection.
We build flexible systems that forgive the inevitable hiccups, because life happens and your strategies should bend, not break.
You become your own expert.
My job isn't to have all the answers. It's to help you discover what works for you, so you can trust yourself again.

Some FUN facts about ME
But, hey, I never used it. So there's that. I started as an engineering major, but that didn't stick. Maybe in part to the ADHD. But, I had a great college experience and loved studying movies and tv, but I went on to have a career in non-profit , government, and higher ed work.
Such as Alice in Wonderland books. I have around 100. Any other collectors and amassers of stuff here? I have a feeling I'm not alone. The brooches started with Erstwilder, but then grew to many other brands like Peppy Chapette, Storybook Rabbit, and Cherryloco. I'm better at getting them than I am at wearing them, though. So, if you see me wearing one on a call, let's call that success.
Which is apparently a common thing among those with ADHD. My favorite shows to re-watch are Bob's Burgers and Futurama, and they help me fall asleep. That's not a good idea to do sleep hygiene wise, though, so don't do that. My music on repeat is The Decemberists.
