When you sign up for 1:1 coaching with The Wandering Path, you will be sent this coaching agreement to review and sign, as well as the company's business policies and a welcome guide. The agreement and the business policies are provided here so that you may review them in advance of scheduling a session if you so wish.

Thank you for purchasing one to one coaching offered by The Wandering Path (“Company”).
This Agreement begins on the earlier of the day you provide your first payment or sign this
Agreement, which is called our “Effective Date.” You are referred to as “Client” in this
Agreement.
Program Format
1. This Agreement provides access to individual one-on-one coaching sessions with Tiffany
Owens (“Coach”). Each session includes:
a. One 1:1 coaching session with Coach, to be scheduled as provided for in this
Agreement; and
b. Any session-specific resources or follow-up materials shared by Coach via email
following the session.
2. Sessions are scheduled on an as-needed basis with no expiration date. You will use the
scheduling link available at h#ps://thewanderingpath.co to book your sessions.
3. Coaching sessions will take place via Zoom, and the video session will be initiated by
Coach.
4. This Agreement does not include done-for-you services of any kind. This Agreement
includes limited access to Coach in between sessions by email. Please review our Business
Policies to learn more about response times, times off, and holiday schedules.
Fees
5. Payment for a one to one coaching session is one payment of $1 USD. This price is
available through August 31, 2026. At that time, the price will be increased.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
6. Twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule, either by email or via
the online calendar through the link in the confirmation email. Failure to provide notice results in
a forfeited session.
Confidentiality
7. Identifying information shared in coaching sessions is confidential and not shared outside
the session by the Coach unless mutually agreed upon and documented in writing by Coach.
Confidentiality Exception: If Coach is required by law to make disclosure regarding the
information shared in a coaching session, or where Coach has a good faith belief that disclosure
of such information is necessary to comply with the law; or to protect Coach’s rights or property;
to avoid harm to the Coach, Client, or a third party; or to respond to an emergency, Coach may
disclose confidential information but will limit disclosure to essential information.
Additional Program Information
8. Occasionally the access to Coach may have to change based on Company needs,
available technology, and factors outside the Company’s control. The Company will replace or
substitute the items included in this Agreement, if it determines it is necessary to do so in its sole
discretion, with something similar of equal or greater value.
9. Coaching will be provided by Tiffany Owens.
10. Coaching is not a mental health service and is not a substitute for therapy, crisis
counseling, or medical care. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact
911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Ownership of Written Materials
11. As a Program participant, you will have one non-
exclusive, personal license to view written materials provided by Company. You do not have
ownership of this information, which is protected by federal copyright laws. You may not copy,
re-engineer, distribute, or otherwise provide access to this information to any other person, for
free or paid, in whole or in part, without express written consent of Company, which it may
withhold for any reason, and purchase of a license (prices start at $2,500.00). Failure to abide by
this policy will result in termination of access to the materials and issuance of an invoice for the
license fee.
12. The Wandering Path protects its names. You are not receiving permission to use trade and
service marks of the Company, including its name or the Program name, or any other mark
owned by the Company.
Termination
13. Client may choose to discontinue the coaching portion of the Program at any time, for
any reason, subject to the refund policy in this Agreement.
14. Coach may discontinue the coaching relationship for the following reasons:
a. Coach determines, in its sole discretion and without requiring disclosure of the
reason, that the relationship must terminate. In this circumstance, Coach will provide a refund for
any pre-purchased sessions.
Refunds
15. By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that no one has represented to you that
refunds are available. Even if you cannot participate for any reason, you will continue to be
billed according to the schedule in this Agreement until paid in full. The Wandering Path
considers this policy a material inducement to entering into this Agreement, and would not have
done so unless this No Refunds policy were included. If you initiate a chargeback, The
Wandering Path may issue an additional $250 fee to you.]
Additional Legal Terms
16. This Agreement is made and shall be enforced according to the laws of the State of
Georgia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Client agrees to submit to personal
jurisdiction in Marietta, Georgia, as the sole forum in the event of a dispute under this
Agreement.
17. Any claims arising from this agreement for losses, costs, damages of any nature
whatsoever or claims expenses from any cause or causes, including attorneys’ fees and costs,
shall be limited to the amount paid hereunder.
18. This Agreement, our Business Policies (including access to Company) are the final and
complete agreement between us, and any changes must be made in writing and signed by both
parties. A waiver of one provision shall not be deemed a continuing waiver or a waiver of any
other provision of this Agreement.
19. By signing this Agreement, Client agrees to its terms and acknowledges that he or she has
read and understands the Disclaimer available at https://thewanderingpathllc.com/disclaimer and
which is incorporated herein by reference.
Contact policies: Your primary contact person for The Wandering Path is Tiffany Owens. Tiffany Owens communicates by email. Please do not text, call, or message via social media, including through Facebook Messenger and Instagram, to communicate.
Email policies: Please allow up to 2 business days for a response by email, although Company strives to respond sooner.
Call Cancellations: Please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule a call. You may forfeit your call if less notice is provided. You may give notice of cancellation by email to [email protected] or via the online calendar through the link in the confirmation email, where you can also reschedule if needed.
Time Off Policy: Company may be closed on federal and state holidays. From time to time, you will be notified of additional days off.
Billing: You will be billed the one to one coaching session rate, currently $1 per half hour, in order to schedule a session. This rate is only available until August 31, 2026. At that time, the rate for a session will be increased.
Billing Disputes: In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services or deliverables, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 30 days to communicate with Company prior to initiating a chargeback.
One-on-one Coaching:
Sessions will be held via Zoom,.
The session must be scheduled using Tiffany Owens’s scheduling calendar, and there is no guarantee that her availability will match yours.
If you do not attend at the scheduled time, your session is forfeited.
If you must cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance, or your session will be forfeited.
Online Digital Tools
Due to the irrevocable nature of digital tools, all digital tool purchases in The Wandering Path’s shop are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased, accessed, or downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions: Refunds or exchanges for digital tools will only be issued under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same tool twice.
Technical Defects: If the digital file is corrupted.
Ownership of Written Materials and Online Digital Tools
You may not copy, re-engineer, distribute, or otherwise provide access to this information to any other person, for free or paid, in whole or in part, without express written consent of Company, which it may withhold for any reason, and purchase of a license (prices start at $2,500.00). Failure to abide by this policy will result in termination of access to the materials and issuance of an invoice for the license fee.
