You're not broken.
Your brain just works differently.
And honestly? Fertility treatment has a way of making that louder: the appointments, medications, insurance calls, and decisions with no clear right answer, all counting on the exact skills ADHD makes hardest.
Maybe you've spent years wondering why everyone else seems to have it figured out. You've tried the planners, the apps, the hacks. They don't stick. And now that little voice asks: What's wrong with me?
Here's the truth: Nothing is wrong with you.
Your ADHD brain is wired for creativity, connection, and possibility. It just needs different tools, ones that work with how you think, not against it.
That's where I come in.
I'm an ADHD coach who gets it, and I help women with ADHD trust themselves again while they navigate fertility treatment. Not with rigid routines that crumble at the first hiccup, but with flexible, forgiving support that makes the days feel manageable. Maybe even peaceful.
I'm not a medical provider, but I'm here for the part that often gets missed: the planning, the overwhelm, and the emotional weight.
Together, we'll figure out how to:
- Keep track of appointments, meds, and paperwork without it running your life
- Make decisions without drowning in information
- Manage your time and energy without burning out
- Build self-trust, the kind that sticks, even through the waiting.
You deserve support that feels like a conversation with a thoughtful friend and strategies that celebrate how your brain works, not shame you for it.

I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 40s, after decades of wondering what was wrong with me. Turns out, my brain was just playing by different rules.
My fertility journey added another layer: six rounds of IVF and two losses. So, I know what it's like to manage appointments, medications, and emotional dysregulation with a brain that struggles with all of it, while carrying real grief. And I know the guilt of feeling scattered when all you want is to be fully present for the people you love most.
Now, as a mom and ADHD and fertility coach, I help women who've had that "wait, this is why?" moment learn to work with their brains instead of fighting them, including through the hardest seasons. My approach? Less clinical expert, more thoughtful friend who happens to know a lot about ADHD and fertility and knows that some days, laughing is what gets you through.
You're heard, not fixed.
I listen first, then we explore what actually works for your life, your brain, and this season you're navigating. Not some one-size-fits-all productivity system.
Shame doesn't live here.
We use humor and compassion to tackle the hard stuff, and there's room for the heavy days, too. You've been hard on yourself long enough.
Progress over perfection.
We build flexible systems that forgive the inevitable hiccups, like the missed appointment or forgotten reminder. Life happens and your strategies should bend, not break.
You become your own expert.
My job isn't to have all the answers. It's to help you find what works for you, so you can trust yourself again, and walk into every appointment and decision feeling more like you.

What's it about?
A guided workbook that turns evidence-based stress-inoculation techniques (mental rehearsal, if-then planning, and fast social support) into a step-by-step "Pressure-Proof Playbook," helping you script out exactly how you'll handle a specific high-stress moment before it hits, including ready-to-use AI prompts to speed up each step.
Who's it for?
ADHD brains navigating the IVF journey - anyone facing a specific looming stressor (a retrieval, a transfer, a results call, a hard conversation) who wants to walk in already prepared instead of caught off guard.
What are the benefits?
Shrinks the anxiety spike, keeps you moving instead of freezing when things get hard, locks your coping plan into memory so you can access it even under stress, and builds confidence that compounds with every use.
* You'll be able to make your own copy of the workbook and fill it in right in Google Docs.
